Janitorial services are provided through a sub-contractor. A detailed description of the services they provide will be furnished upon request.

A summary of the services is as follows:

• Vacuuming and spot cleaning of carpeted floor areas
• Damp mopping of tiled areas
• Emptying of trash cans
• Dusting
• Restocking of restroom supplies
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms

Related Services:

• Window washing is provided by Lee Cleveland Property Management, LLC under a separate contract (not by janitorial service)
• Carpet shampooing / extracting is available on a fee basis upon request
